• Train Ticket from your city to Nepal Border to your city. ( Sleeper Class)
• Border transfer (Gorakhpur/Raxual to Sunauli/Birgunj) from India to Nepal.
• Transportation Nepal Border to Kathmandu  to  Nepal Border.
• Transportation from Kathmandu to Pokhara 
•  All Transfer by sic basis  ( Bus / Tata sumo / Jumbo Hiace etc )
• All Applicable Hotel Tax Included .

Package Exclusion:

• All Meals  [  Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner]
• Kathmandu Bus stand to Hotel [ Rs 200 by car ] & Hotel to Bus stand for Pokhara [ Rs 100 by car ]
•  Border transfer (Sunauli/Birgunj to Gorakhpur/Raxual) from Nepal to India.
•  Nepal Border to India Border [ Rs 60/- for 2 pax ]
• Entrance fee during Sightseeing & guide charges will be extra.
• Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslide, strikes, political unrest etc.
• In such case extra will be   charged as per actual which will be collected from the guest directly.
• Any rides, safaris, boating charges, additional sightseeing tours other than those mentioned in the inclusions / itinerary.
• Permits, Entrance fees, Camera fees, Guide charges, unless specified in the inclusions.
•  Personal expenses like phone calls, laundry, room heater charges, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mineral water, room service, tea/ coffee etc unless specified.
•  Any hike in fuel charges, tax structure (luxury tax, transport tax or service tax).
• If an up gradation is required to confirm any particular hotel, the supplement will be given.
• Any other expenses/service not mentioned in the inclusions.

Note:

After confirmation with Saraogi Nepal you will confirm the package to the guest and you should

follow the payment policy otherwise the package will be cancelled and you have to pay the

cancellation charge as per our rules. If your program cancel then we will not be responsible for this.

Payment Policy:

Package Confirmation 20%

Balance amount should be made 15 days of confirmation.

Short time booking 100% payment.

 Cancellation Policy:

After Confirmation      =  10 % of rate

Within 44 to 30 days    =  20% of rate

Within 29 to 21 days     =  30% of rate

Within 20 to15 days      =  50% of rate

Less than 14 to 8 days   =  60%

Less than 7 Days            =   100%

 
 Importance Note:

• The above package can be extended. Do ask us for the extension rates.
• The vehicle is for point-to-point travel and not at disposal.
• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo Passport / Voter ID card - passport should have a validity of minimum 6 months.
• The hotel confirmed will be as mentioned or an alternate hotel of similar category.
• Water supply in the hills during the peak season is restricted due to shortage and water is supplied area wise at specific times. Please co-operate with the hotel on it.
• Rs.500.00 and Rs.1000.00 notes are banned in Nepal and it is an offence to carry these notes.
• Check in at the hotels is at 1 Pm and & Check out time is 11 Am.

• Air Tickets Photo copy.
• Hotel Voucher/Travel agent Voucher.
• Address list and list of important contacts or numbers.
• Photocopies of important documents in case they are stolen.
• List of important number in India and Nepal (On Paper ).
