Here is a charming heritage property, developed into a retreat for discerning patrons who wish to get an authentic feel for the country of the gods. Within the retreat we take you on a journey into the glorious past of Hindoostan with its Temples, Maharajas and Bada Sahibs. A handsome three-storey structure, Rewa Retreat has remained true to the spirit of the original bungalow in its external aspect. Borrowing from the traditional method of construction using locally available construction material with a dash of today's modernity blends the past and present in perfect harmony. The exterior is clad in slate and red sandstone, while the upper floors are relieved by a tracery of balconies and railings.

The past does live on, in people as well as cities. Checking into our rooms will be a journey down memory lane where every room is named and decorated after cities of colonial India . Even though ours is a Heritage property, our rooms are equipped with standard features like satellite television, Wi- Fi broadband internet access, EPBX and modular electric and sanitary fittings. The rooms are appointed with laminated wooden floors, hand-knotted rugs, teak furniture, and architecture that reflects the colonial heritage of the property and respect for the traditional skills of local artisans and folk artists. Every room is equipped with a fireplace and has spacious bathrooms with bathtubs and quality fittings. All rooms have King-sized beds with pocket spring mattresses to ensure that our guests derive maximum comfort in their sleep.
